LIONA is a business building platform dedicated to helping female entrepreneurs, corporate "yes girls," lawyers, and dreamers (like you!) start, manage & grow your own business. We do this by demystifying & simplifying the process of securing the legal foundation of your business and providing you with tailored branding & business consulting—the heart & soul of your business.

What happened to expand your vision of what is possible and place you on this path?

I joined the boss of all fitness platforms, Turn Up Dance Fitness® and experienced profound transformation of mind, body and soul. Turn Up led me to the Powerhouse Woman community, which further opened my heart and mind to dream bigger than I ever thought possible and giving me the push I needed to go ALL IN.

What is your favorite recent purchase?

The sweatpant/hoodie set pictured above. Seriously perfect. It is NOT easy to find the perfect set. This one has exactly the right fit and feel. It washes like a champ, and I plan live in this set for the next three months. Size up! Here’s the current link:

Could you have imagined a year and a half ago that you would step away from your established law career to do THIS?

Not in a million light years. I believed the illusive concept of "loving your job" could never be my reality. I believed my ability to find some modicum of professional freedom and purpose involved the relentless daily grind of attempting to ascend within a corporate hierarchy. I thought my options were limited and I was too old and too established in my career to dream. I WAS SO WRONG. My paradigm shift did not happen overnight, but once the fuse was lit, I experienced profound personal and professional transformation in just 18 months. It’s because the transformation was so unexpected and so expansive that my belief in your ability to undertake a major life and career pivot is equally unshakable.
